Our Core Values:
What makes our workplace different?
1. Your job should work for your life, not the other way around. We believe in working a job that you enjoy AND making sure to enjoy life outside of work. Work should not be the main focus of our life, but the positive impact that we can make through work should be an important piece of it.
2. Roll with the punches. Mistakes happen--we own our mistakes and work together to find creative solutions that will help keep the same thing from coming up again.
3. Quality at speed. Attention to detail and timeliness do not have to be mutually esclusive. We keep an eye on the quality and small details of the job while still working within deadlines.
4. Think "big picture." We are always looking for opportunities to improve, learn something new, and get the job done; sometimes this may mean working outside of our job description.
