Want to be an integral part of a small, growing company in the sewing and crafting industry? Want to be in a place where your ideas matter and you can be a part of a great and fun team?
In this role, you will be responsible for printing the cotton fabrics used in our sewing project kits, performing basic cleaning and maintenance on our Mimaki fabric printers, and work with the rest of our team to assemble sewing kits or other items as needed.
You will have the opportunity to be a part of a small and positive team, while making giant impacts on our company goal of helping people enjoy using their sewing machines through fun and exciting fabrics and project kits.

- Manage printer software, print file set-up, and print image organization.
- Maintain quality standards by noticing flawed printing early.
- Ensure that machines and surrounding area are cleaned according to cleaning schedule.
- Keep track of inventory levels, notifying management of re-order needs.

- Any other actions deemed reasonable and necessary by management.
Hiring Requirements:
- Must have basic mechanical knowledge.
- Must have the ability to learn computer software.
- Must understand word-problem-type math, working in yards and inches.

- Must be able to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Experience working with printers or large machines is preferred but not required.
- Sewing knowledge and experience is preferred but not required.
