Job Title: Production Operations Assistant
Job Location: Post Falls, ID
Starting Pay Range: $16-18/hr, DOE
Schedule: 40 hours per week, weekdays between the hours of 7am-4pm

You will be responsible for assisting to help keep things running smoothly and on time, working in an assistant capacity through all areas of the business, while also being solely responsible for functions like inventory, organization, infographic creation.
You will have the opportunity to be a part of many exciting projects and decisions, while working in the "big picture" of the company instead of just one department.
You’ll need one or more years experience managing complex projects or schedules, basic understanding of math (working in yards and inches), good grammar, willingness to complete monotonous production tasks, and good software skills.
Responsibilities:
- Operate fabric printers and heat press.
- Create production timelines and schedules.
- Produce or proof-read infographics in Canva.
- Control inventory, cleanliness, and organization.
- Aid in fabric folding and product assembly with speed and accuracy.
- Edit and proof-read sewing pattern files in Inkscape software.
- Sew new projects for testing/editing. (Minimal sewing experience required.)
- Help pick and pack orders for shipping.
- Build new product listings in the backend of our website software.
- Perform back-end data entry/customer account management tasks in support of customer care.
- Assist with customer service through social media.
- Any other actions deemed reasonable and necessary by management.
Hiring Requirements:
- Must have 1+ years experience managing complex projects, schedules, or events.
- Must have great spelling and grammar skills.
- Must be able to distinguish between colors.
- Must be confident with technology and software like Adobe, Outlook, Canva, InkScape.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods of time.
- Must understand basic math, working in yards and inches.
- 1+ years working with Canva is preferred but not required.
- 1+ years experience with a drag-and-drop website editor, such as Shopify, is preferred but not required.
- Sewing knowledge and experience is preferred but not required.
